SLWCS is running this program through its partner company Escape Tourism who would be organizing all of your ground logistics and is helping SLWCS in some of the initial costs of this important census of the “At Risk” Kalpitiya-Karaitive wetlands. |

You will then receive your Risk Assessment, Project Briefing and Training materials, which contains all the information you will need on flights, visas, inoculations and what to bring. Full payment will be due 30days before the start of your slot. |

CANCELLATION POLICY: |
| Escape Tourism should receive the cancellation in writing. Tour start day is not considered for computation of the period. |

90 Days or more - US $500 Administrative fee will be charged |
14 to 29 Days - 60% of the tour cost will be charged. |
60 to 89 Days - 20% of the tour cost will be charged |
8 to 13 Days – 80% of the tour cost will be charged. |
30 to 59 Days - 30% of the tour cost will be charged |
Less than 7 days no refund. |
